Every plan includes core operations: quotes and invoicing, customer portal, email reminders, photo attachments, calendar scheduling, inventory management, and online booking with no caps on jobs or customers. Premium includes AI-powered call handling, Xero syncing, reports, and staff management features for growing teams.

AI usage above included plan credits is charged at $0.30 per minute (ex GST). SMS messages are charged at $0.15 per message (ex GST). CarJam vehicle lookups are billed at $0.30 per new vehicle fetch and $0.08 per standard vehicle search (ex GST). Card payment processing is 2.95% + $0.30 per transaction (ex GST) via our integrated gateway. These costs only apply when you use them.

Yes, you can switch plans at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, your data stays intact and you simply lose access to the higher-tier features at the start of your next billing cycle.
