ServiceCheck has three plans: Standard ($79/month), Premium ($149/month), and Enterprise ($249/month), all + GST. Standard includes core tools for quoting, invoicing, scheduling, customer portal, and online booking. Premium adds AI Reception plus included AI and SMS credits with staff management. Enterprise includes everything in Premium with higher included usage and support for larger teams. All prices are NZD + GST per business account.

Every plan includes core operations: quotes and invoicing, customer portal, email reminders, photo attachments, calendar scheduling, inventory management, and online booking with no caps on jobs or customers. Premium and Enterprise include AI Reception, included AI/SMS credits, and staff management, with Enterprise providing higher included usage for larger teams.

AI usage above included plan credits is charged at $0.30 per minute (ex GST). SMS messages are charged at $0.15 per message (ex GST). CarJam / NZTA vehicle lookups are billed at $0.08 per vehicle search (ex GST). Card payment processing is 2.95% + $0.30 per transaction (ex GST) via our integrated gateway. These costs only apply when you use them.

Yes, you can switch plans at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, your data stays intact and you simply lose access to the higher-tier features at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and automatically backed up daily to secure cloud servers. You retain full ownership of your data at all times, and can export it whenever you need.
